- All shipping and delivery dates and times are approximate. We cannot guarantee delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays in shipping transit times due to the shipper / carrier. We cannot be held responsible for delay beyond our control, such as, but not limited to product availability, manufacturing delays, shipping delays, availability and/or accessibility of delivery trucks, chair inspection and cleaning, weather, etc. Customer understands that product(s) can be shipped out in more than one shipment resulting in a partial order being delivered.
You must inspect product at time of delivery. If any of the product is missing or damaged you must call us immediately so we can correct the problem in a timely manner. If the packaging is damaged have the delivery person make note of the damage in writing on the delivery receipt and their paperwork. You have the right to refuse any damaged product you receive from the shipper. At the time of delivery, if you receive damaged product you MUST call us immediately at 1-800-632-7657, leave a message if it is during non-business hours, including your daytime telephone number where you can be reached.

- Returns & Replacements
- Refunds can be in the form of store credit, exchanges, or money. Refunds will be issued only within 14 days of receipt of product. All returned product must have a "Return Authorization Number" ("RA") before we will accept the product back. Shipping is nonrefundable. Should the customer want to return any product, it is their responsibility to pay for the return shipping including insurance coverage, equal to the value of the chairs. A 25% restocking fee will be imposed on all returned product, regardless of reason. Monetary refunds are issued using the same form that the order's payment was made in. If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, we reserve the right to subtract credit card transaction fees of 5%, any shipping charges, and restocking fees of 25% from your refund amount. Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of the time your order is placed (unless state law specifies differently). Orders cannot be canceled or returned after they have been processed and/or shipped. We reserve the right to exchange product rather than issuing a refund. If you refuse an exchange offered, a 25% restocking fee will be imposed on all products.
A special order cannot be cancelled or returned. Special orders are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturing defects. Any product ordered which is not in stock, drop-shipped, remanufactured, or of a leather product is considered a special order.
All International orders, and order shipped outside the 48 contiguous US including but not limited to; Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico cannot be returned or refunded. All such orders will incur higher shipping costs, and longer lead time.
If you damage the product and it is in non-resell able condition we will not accept it back for a refund, exchange, or credit. Original packaging may be required in order for a refund to be given. This judgment is to be determined solely by the seller.

- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Please be advised that your credit card statement will be processed through SeatsAndChairs.com, Inc. The statement will read SeatsAndChairs.com, Inc. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please be advised if you request an alternate address to "Ship to" other than "Bill to" that we require a Credit Card Authorization form to be completed and on file before we will process the order.
We cannot prevent fraudulent parties from placing orders on our web site however we will not process and ship any fraudulent orders. We have a screening method on all orders and fraudulent orders are flagged for investigation. In some cases, we will ask for printed identification before processing and shipping orders.
The prices displayed on the site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only within the 48 contiguous United States, and such prices do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. A 7% sales tax will be added to the total invoice price of all orders shipped to a Florida state address or picked up from our warehouse. International shipment rates vary based on total package weight and final destination. All pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, tariffs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office
If you have a coupon code promotion. Coupons cannot be applied after orders are placed. We can accept one coupon per person per order within a 45 day period.
- Viewing Orders
- Check the status of any of your orders by visiting our My Account page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your order. You may also contact us by phone at 1-800-632-7657.
When you click on My Account, you will be prompted to sign in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current or past orders.
If your order has been shipped, you may track it using links provided in your order detail. It may take up to one (1) business day for your information to be posted on the UPS website.
- Updating Account Information
- To update your account information you must submit the changes in writing by email to sales@uniqueconceptseats.com or fax the changes to 727-393-9600.
